All prices listed on our web store and shipping/handling charges are in Naira.

We ship worldwide except to a small handful of countries, including Cyprus.

 

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

  • Domestic Nigerian Orders: We partner with trusted local delivery services and have an internal logistics team to ship your orders.
  • International Orders: We use DHL and UPS for all international shipments.

 

WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Domestic and international shipping charges may vary based on your delivery location and package weight. Your delivery charge will be confirmed at checkout.

Please note that delivery for both domestic and international orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or increased demand. Our Logistics Team will keep you updated if there are any changes to your order.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and payments via Flutterwave.

 

WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekend, or during holidays will be processed the following Monday or next business day.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice confirming shipping, along with a tracking number.
Please retain this confirmation email, as it will be required for any returns.

WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DOES MY ORDER COME IN?
We aim to include original packaging provided by the brands whenever possible. All orders are shipped in standard boxes and/or protective bags. In some cases, display items may not include original packaging, but we will ensure that packages are securely packed to protect the items during shipping.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND/OR REFUND PROCESS?
Please return items in new condition within 14 days of the original shipment, along with a copy of your order confirmation email. Not including a copy of the order confirmation email may delay your refund.

  • Shipping and handling fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges when making returns.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credits.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition. Alternatively, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

 

MY ORDER OR REFUND IS DELAYED. WHAT’S GOING ON?
We strive to prevent delays with your orders; however, there may be occasions when orders are slow to arrive due to various reasons:

  • When your shipping address differs from your billing address, we may take extra steps to verify the order to protect you as the customer.
  • Some products may be on backorder and require additional time for shipment.
  • Occasionally, international orders may have incomplete shipping and/or billing details, causing delays.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
